Simple Monthly Tuition

Our monthly tuition is designed to keep music lessons simple, consistent, and easy for families to manage. Students receive a 30-minute private lesson each week with the same instructor at the same day and time, creating a routine that helps them stay engaged and make steady musical progress. This structure allows students to build strong relationships with their teacher while developing their skills week after week.

Tuition remains the same each month regardless of how many lessons occur during that billing cycle, making scheduling and planning simple for families.

How do lesson schedules work?

When you enroll, you reserve a 30-minute weekly lesson at the same day, time, and with the same instructor each week. This consistent schedule helps students build a strong relationship with their teacher and make steady musical progress.

Tuition renews on the same day each month. The price stays the same regardless of how many lessons occur in that billing cycle, so families never pay extra during months with five lessons and tuition is not reduced during months with holidays.

Note Culture Music School is closed during:

  • Thanksgiving Break

  • Christmas Break

  • New Year’s

  • Spring Break

  • One week during the summer (announced each year)

The school remains open during most single-day holidays.

Yes. In many cases we can accommodate extended lesson times or multiple lessons per week depending on instructor availability.

If you cannot attend a lesson, please give at least 24 hours notice and we will work with you to reschedule based on your instructor’s availability. If an emergency or last-minute conflict arises, we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

If an instructor becomes ill or has a scheduling conflict, we will arrange either a substitute teacher or a make-up lesson based on availability.

If Argyle ISD closes or releases early due to weather, we will typically follow their lead.

 

If lessons must be canceled due to severe weather, instructors will send students a short video update within 72 hours reviewing what to practice and highlighting key points from the previous lesson.

 

Student and instructor safety is always our priority.

We occasionally run referral promotions where families can invite friends or neighbors for a free visit. If they enroll, you may receive tuition credits. We may also offer multi-student family discounts and other promotions throughout the year.

All payments are processed in USD, and payment information is securely handled using PCI-compliant systems.

If you feel the services provided did not meet expectations, you may request a refund for that month of tuition. If supporting information is provided, a refund may be issued.

To cancel your monthly tuition subscription, please notify us in writing (email or text) before your next billing renewal. If notice is given after renewal, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle. In certain cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the school minus processing fees.

Yes. We do not sell or share contact information from students or families. All information is used only for internal communication and scheduling.
